Do you offer in person sessions?

No, at this time all services are virtual with video conferencing through Simple Practice.

Is insurance accepted?

No, fees are self-pay and based on average yearly household income. We do offer strategies to minimize impact of cost including providing superbills to submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

How do I know if Insight is right for me?

Scheduling a 15 minute phone consultation is free and allows for questions about approach to therapy, methods used, or anything else that could help you decide what feels right for you.

How does the billing process work?

At the initial appointment, a card will be saved on file with Square. The card on file is charged automatically after appointments.

What is the cancellation policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a 50% fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. If you are over 10 minutes late to an appointment, the appointment will be considered a “no show” and will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee.
